These teams take care of configurations and troubleshooting issues with the help of our onsite engineers. We provide on-site cisco support including hard ware and software, remote online support as well as customized services to our clients. These services are of high quality and as per affordability of our clients.
Hardware: We provide labor support and carry out tasks including rack and stack, replacing parts such as fans, PSU's and adding modules. We also provide break/fix services for cisco.
Software: We configure new and existing devices, as well as install new devices. We also provide on-site engineers the necessary tool kits for the job. All tasks are carried out through real time communication with our back end support team 24/7/365. Our support team remains in constant contact with the end customer, the on-site engineer and our client throughout the execution of the task.
